RETURN POLICY

Return Policy:

  • All returns for exchanges and/or refunds must occur within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. After 30 days, this policy becomes null and void.

  • Returns must be accompanied by an RMA number or the return will not be processed.

  • RMAs (Return Authorization Numbers) expire 30 days after issue.

  • Returns may take up to two weeks to be processed through our Returns Department.

  • All Returns are subject to a Restocking Fee of 15% of the retail value of the product.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Sota Arms will pay shipping upon returning the product(s) if warranty is valid, otherwise return shipping is charged to customer.

Our Returns Department inspects each and every product that has been returned. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges of any and all returned items if one or more of the following has occurred:

  • Any signs of mis-use of the product;

  • Obvious wear & tear such as scratches or dents on any merchandise.

  • Any modifications, including but not limited changing of components, painting, coatings, dimensional changes, installation markings, etc.

  • Dirt, sand or water damage

  • Protective packaging or original packaging that has been defaced in any manner, or is absent upon return.

Cancellation: Any cancellation of order will be subject to a 10% fee of the original order. If an order Is cancelled, your credit card will be issued an amount 10% less the original amount. It takes approximately 48 hours for you to see the funds back on your card. Some banking institutions may take longer.

Exchanges: Items being returned for exchanges MUST be in brand new, resalable condition as clearly stated above. All items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the retail value of the product. Items returned in damaged/used condition will be rejected. Sota Arms does not return shipping charges.

Return for Refund: A refund will be remitted to you via your credit card account or via company check for the merchandise amount minus the original shipping and handling fees. Sota Arms reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the retail value of any and all merchandise that is returned for refund.

Defective Merchandise: If you have received a defective item, Sota Arms must be notified within ten (10) days of receiving the items. The item must be returned to us within 30 days of the buyer's receipt of defective merchandise according to delivery confirmation through UPS/USPS. Once the item has been received and is, in fact, deemed defective by our Returns Department, a new item will be shipped to you. You will not be charged for shipping. However, we do not ship the replacement item until the defective item has been received. If you wish the replacement item shipped immediately, your credit card may be charged for the replacement item; that amount will be refunded immediately upon receipt of the returned defective item.

Please include the following with all returned items:

  • The merchandise in its original, brand-new condition with all related paperwork and packaging.

  • A copy of your order invoice.

  • A short but precise note listing the reason(s) for the return and/or exchange.

  • The RMA number must be clearly on the outside of the package.

For your protection, we recommend using a reputable carrier to ship and insure your package. We are not responsible in any manner for lost or damaged merchandise that has been shipped to us. Please retain your shipping receipt.
